Natural Harmony - The Evening Chorus
Help us grow
Singing “We shall be known” by MaMuse at Rusthall Village Fete in the summer of 2025
Help us grow
Current total raised: £164.80 out of £1000 target
I update this manually and this amount is correct as of 26th November 2025
I started this evening group in February 2025 and we have now grown to 24 members. We have outgrown our current venue which was given to us for free (thank you The Manor House Tunbridge Wells). In the new year I have a dream to gather 50 women together on Monday evenings in Tunbridge Wells, to do this I have taken the risk of booking a new venue which costs £50 each session (the normal price around here). I am asking for support for the first 3-6 months of venue hire fees so I can grow the group without worrying about the significant affect on my income while the group grows (3 months venue hire is £500 - 6 months is £1000).
This group is far more than a hobby group. It is a community where each woman is valued and contributes to the whole. Please help me make a dream a reality!
Why give?
I could write all about why I think this group is important but I thought that perhaps what the group members say is more important.
“A safe space, a welcoming community of women who support with kindness and an opportunity to sing and release! Hannah brings joy, awareness, soul and light (even in the darker days you sometimes find yourself in).”
“I never thought I was much of a singer and was quite nervous to join, but Hannah has made it a really lovely experience. Getting together with a bunch of like minded women has been so great for my mental health and it connects you to that vital village so many of us are missing today. You sing out whatever you are feeling and head off home filled with joy and understanding.”
“I look forward to Mondays and singing with a friendly, supportive and understanding group of women who have become an important part of my week. We have also started meeting up in our own time too which is so lovely! I always enjoyed singing and it's great that it's all learnt by ear and no experience is needed at all… I now can't imagine my week without a bit of a sing and a natter.”

All proceeds will go directly to funding the venue which is The Old Auction House in Tunbridge Wells. If I manage to raise more than £1000 then I will use this money for advertising to get more members (to create financial stability for the choir) as well as repertoire for the choir (this is because a lot of the songs we sing, I buy from other creatives and we need permission to sing someone elses song). I will also look at providing some free or bursary spots too!

I am a one woman show and have built this from scratch using savings and money I bring in from my singing and herbal workshops. As a small business in this climate without investment it is hard to grow. I am asking for help because I know that my work matters and I want to reach more people and I know that I need to make a living so I am asking for support in this interim time while I am building a bigger group!
